By downloading, installing, or using Markvida software (including Markvida Batch, Markvida Watermark Studio, Markvida Toolkit, and Markvida TrailSort, the “Software”) or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Software.
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on a single computer for personal or commercial use. The license term depends on the plan you buy:
You may not distribute, resell, sublicense, or rent the Software or your activation code; share an activation code across multiple computers; or remove or alter any copyright notices.
Each product includes a free trial so you can evaluate it before you buy. Markvida Batch and Markvida Toolkit process up to 3 images per run. Markvida TrailSort sorts up to 50 photos per run. Markvida Watermark Studio processes the first 10 seconds of each video with a Trial Version mark. No account or payment is required to try the trial.
Licenses do not renew automatically. We never store your payment information. A new purchase is always voluntary and initiated by you.
You own the images, videos, and files you process with the Software. Processing happens locally on your device. We do not upload, view, or store your content. Files you export remain yours and may be used for any purpose.
You agree not to use the Software or website for any unlawful purpose, or to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. Markvida Watermark Studio is designed for static, fixed-position watermarks; moving or animated watermarks are not supported, and faint traces may remain on complex backgrounds.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Markvida shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software or website.
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Software at any time; exported files remain yours.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
