We want you to be completely satisfied with Markvida software. That is why every purchase comes with a simple 14-day money-back guarantee. If the Software is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will return your money in full.
Please try the free trial first. It shows exactly what the paid version will produce on your files.
Email us at markvidabatch@outlook.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include the email address used at checkout and a brief note about your reason — we never require an explanation, but it helps us improve.
Most refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval and are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
If you buy a new monthly or yearly term, the same 14-day money-back guarantee applies to that payment. After that window, the fee is not refundable.
If you cannot activate your license, or it stops working after you reinstall Windows or change hardware, contact us first — we will re-issue your activation code free of charge. If we cannot resolve the issue, you remain covered by the 14-day guarantee.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We resolve activation and compatibility issues quickly, and we will always honor the 14-day guarantee before a chargeback becomes necessary.
