In short

Markvida software — including Markvida Batch, Markvida Watermark Studio, Markvida Toolkit, and Markvida TrailSort — runs entirely on your computer. Your images, videos, watermarks, and projects never leave your machine. We do not collect usage analytics, we do not sell data, and we have no advertising.

What we collect

We collect only what you voluntarily send us:

• Email and order information. When you purchase a license, the payment provider shares your email address and order details with us so we can issue your activation code and send your receipt.
• Machine code. The 16-character machine code you send us, used only to generate a license bound to your computer.
• Support correspondence. Anything you include when you email us, used only to resolve your question.

What we do not collect

We do not collect or have access to the images or videos you process. The software performs all processing locally and never uploads your files. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts on this website.

How we use your information

We use your information only to fulfill orders and issue activation codes, provide customer support, and respond to your inquiries. We never use it for anything else.

Payments

All payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. The payment provider handles all card data under its own privacy and security policies.

How long we keep it

We keep order and activation records as long as needed to honor your license and provide support. If you ask us to delete your data, we will remove what we hold unless we are required to keep it by law.

Your rights

You can contact us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you are in the European Economic Area, UK, or another region with data protection laws, these rights apply to you in full.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, if the changes are significant, we will notify you by email.
